DIABETIC PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Just 4 u

1 c. flour
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. liquid sweetener
1/2 c. salad oil


Mix all together in a large bowl. Shape into balls and place on
ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
(You may add a little more flour if desired.)
